Hearnes Estate Agents is a market leading family run estate agency with 5 branches across the Bournemouth and surrounding area, with exemplary customer service the cornerstone of our organisation.
We require a full time Lettings Consultant/Administrator for our Lettings Centre in central Bournemouth. The role is fast paced, challenging, and varied. Key duties will include assisting the Property Manager and Lettings Director with day to day tenancy administration, inspections, reporting to landlords and tenants, preparing adverts and marketing, matching potential tenants to available properties, accompanied viewings, referencing, tenancy creation, and general office admin.
We will consider candidates either with or without previous lettings experience for this position, although you must be very confident and articulate, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a pleasant, friendly personality with a 'can do' attitude.
Remuneration is negotiable, but typically from approximately £14,000 to £25,000 pa dependent on experience.
