Sales Negotiator - Estate Agent
Woodley, Reading, £18,000 starting salary OTE £23-£28,000

Well established Estate Agency in East Reading, are looking for an experienced Sales person who thrives in a fast paced team environment. You will be joining a well-established and growing team of 4, and will want to stand out in this competitive sales environment.
You will need to be hard working, well presented; sales focused and have experience in a similar face to face sales role. In addition you must have good Administration skills and a driving licence. (use of pool car). Duties will include arranging and conducting viewings, calling potential vendors with house details, liaising with solicitors, surveyors and other industry professionals, photographing properties and all associated Administration.
Full training will be given and you will be happy to work every other Saturday - 9am-5pm and happy to put in the hours - usually 9am - 6.30pm Mon-Fri.
