HP Specialist/Internal Account Manager
South Reading with parking
Salary c£30,000
Main duties of the Job
- To create technical quotes for technical sales reps when requested.
- To develop a services focus through the existing HP customer base
- To educate customers on our services portfolio and highlight opportunities to them (EVA, Blade etc)
- To assist in the education of the sales force of our services portfolio.
- To create a process to view, amend and manage quotations to support our services drive.
- Engage with resellers and end users; directly or through technical reps to advise on individual opportunities as well as educate on ETC’s competencies and support capabilities
- To be the lead services knowledge point in the HP ESG team.
- To deliver general training to new sales reps as required, the content to be created and agreed in conjunction with Sales Manager or Sales Director.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
You will have gained experience within the HP/IT industry having held technically focused roles for several years.
