Operations and Customer Happiness Manager
Instrumental in helping strengthen the operations and customer service department, you will also be responsible for improving the supply chain and customer service. The focus will be on helping build a global supply chain that can produce beautiful products customers will love! You will also head the customer service activities and improve products and operations based on customer feedback. You will work directly with the CEO.
