Managing Motor Claims across a diverse specialist motor book including Taxi, Commercial, Motor Trade and Short Term Policies this in an ideal chance to advance your Claims career in an exciting innovative Company.

Purpose of the Role:

  • To effectively capture all new claim reports with accuracy and maximise the opportunity for efficient information gathering using conversational management techniques.
  • Effectively manage our customers' claim journey and expectations whilst maximising of utilisation of our chain of suppliers.
  • Exhaust intervention opportunities in respect of Third Party claims including injury, repair and hire by way of correct decision making and identification of fault claims.
  • To expertly validate claims with application of indemnity and fraud knowledge.
  • To work and contribute towards team performance and environment.
  • Assessing indemnity, liability and mitigating ongoing losses.
  • Contribute towards continuous improvement with the generation of ideas

Key Role Deliverables:

Capture accurate and complete new claim data from all available sources and tenaciously pursue all avenues of enquiry.

  • Excel against customer service level expectations and taking ownership of all inbound communication.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ensure thorough chronological record keeping of all activity within file claim notes.
  • Ensure effective communication to Policyholder of all claim decisions and progression.
  • Ensure all external and internal supplier instructions are integral.
  • Application of Technical Knowledge.
  • Expertly assess policy indemnity.
  • Identification of fraud indicators.
  • Proficiently investigate and assess liability.
  • Apply thorough knowledge of risks associated with the use of market claims service providers to influence Third Parties and Policyholders into accepting the benefits of our intervention services.
  • Application of reserving philosophy.
