Customer Liaison Manager (Full Time)

We are currently looking to recruit a suitable candidate to fill a new position within our customer support team.

Main Duties include: Managing a small dedicated team dealing with customer service issues, furniture inspections and administration.

You will also need to be computer literate and hold a full UK driving license. The ideal candidate will need to have a welcoming personality, good interpersonal and administration skills and be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.

The Hatfields customer support team is an integral part of the ongoing exceptional service we offer our customers, therefore, the applicant will have to be totally committed to maintaining these high standards.

This is a full time position working 32.5 hours per week over five days.
