Job description

Position:     Web Design & Graphic Design Graduate
Status:     Full time employee working 9.30am - 6pm daily
Location:     Covent Garden, Central London
Reporting to:     Product Manager / Lead designer
Salary:     £18-20k depending on level of experience. Plus company bonus and salary review   after one year, with personal bonus set (as well as company bonus)

Experience: ideally the candidate will have experience of working in an office environment and a demonstrable portfolio, ideally with a marketing slant, but not essential.

Desired profile

As a web and graphic design intern you will:
Work closely with our marketing team to ensure our users get to look at pixel perfect assets
Collaborate with the IT team to create and amend user centered pages and content
Conceptualise user journeys and seeking for new opportunities to deliver the best possible contents
Ensure the all assets and design materials are in line with the design guidelines, branding and tone of voice
Cooperating effectively with other departments, be responsive and share ideas
Communicate effectively with your team, other stakeholders and professionals and developers all around the world
Ability to undertake administrative tasks as well eg. keeping images library / helping out with copy / sending emails etc.  These could be varied!
Requirements
Proven portfolio of design and web projects
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Proficiency in Adobe CS, in particular Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics
You understand CMS systems such as Wordpress, Joomla or Drupal

BONUS POINTS:

Proven work experience as web and graphic designer
Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 and Javascript
You have a website, you regularly write a blog or have a youtube/twitch channel
Knowledge of advanced analytical tools such as KissMetrics or Mixpanels
Knowledge of project management tools
