Express Your Elf!

We need exceptionally enthusiastic and friendly Interactive Grotto hosts to support Father Christmas in the run up to Christmas.

With your infectious cheerfulness and warm personality, you will deliver a unique customer service, going above and beyond to get each visitor into the Christmas spirit. Willing to entertain people of all ages, you will be super positive, effortlessly dealing with multiple customers without losing your festive cheer. In this exceptionally busy and demanding environment, you will ensure all customers’ expectations are managed effectively.

You will be reliable and always eager to help, stepping in wherever needed to make sure the Grotto is running smoothly and efficiently. Proactive and confident, you will be a self-sufficient worker with excellent communication and teamwork skills that complement working in a small team perfectly.

Organised and process-driven, you will be responsible for directing and escorting our Christmas customers in to the grotto. A proactive attitude, coupled with a keen eye for detail, will allow you to succeed in this role.
