LUTON AIRPORT

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training Co-ordinator will be responsible for providing administration support to the Training Manager and co-ordinate all Harrods Aviation training programmes.

The successful candidate will liaise with relevant departments to ensure that staff training is carried out in a timely manner as per regulatory and job specific requirements. The role will be responsible for Maintaining all training documents and training records for the Company.

The role will primarily be based at Luton (however you will at times be required to travel to Stansted and possibly Farnborough where required).

HOURS OF WORK

The requirements of the role are to work 24 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).

Normal working hours will be 09:00 - 17:30, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

Please note that the incumbent will be expected to show flexibility and where necessary work outside and in excess of these parameters to support the business which may include working early mornings, evenings and weekends.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate for this role, shall be flexible, have the ability to prioritise, demonstrate good communication skills and have experience of maintaining accurate and effective recording systems.

Good administration skills and computer literacy are essential.
