The company was established in 2009 and has since consolidated its reputation in the marketplace. Due to this excellent reputation, demand for our services is high and we are subsequently looking to expand our workforce by bringing on a number of junior consultants.
Due to growth we are looking for a Resourcer to join our friendly and sociable team, based in St Albans.
Media Recruitment Resourcer
Job Role:
- As a Recruitment Resourcer you will:
- Source quality candidates for current and future positions
- Use a variety of resourcing methods such as head-hunting, cold calling, networking and advertising
- Process leads generated from advertisements and deal directly with the responses
- Screen candidates to determine their suitability for the role
- Keeping accurate, up to date candidate records
- Ensure the database is cleansed and managed effectively
- Add new jobs to database and website
- Arrange interview with clients and candidates when necessary
Personal Attributes:
As a sale orientated and target driven individual, you’ll have a genuine interest in recruitment and understand the importance of building long-term relationships with your candidates and clients. You will be ambitious, self-motivated and analytical with the desire to succeed and achieve targets.
You must:
- Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Have previous experience of working to targets or evidence of the desire to achieve
- Experience of working in a sales environment is preferable, but not essential

Salary: £16-£18k with an OTE of up to £30k.
