ASBESTOS REMOVAL ADMINISTRATOR - SURREY - LONDON
BRIEF OUTLINE:
Our client, a Surrey Based well respected Asbestos Removal Contractor is currently looking for a capable administrator to assist with the day to day running of their busy office in Surrey.
About the Role
As an Administrator you will be supporting the Environmental division with Administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the general running of Company Office, general admin duties:
- Logging client enquiries, booking in appointments.
- Liaising with all company personnel as required.
- Maintain stocks within the Company, arranging couriers, checking company email.
- Dealing with the daily office and client activities.
- Deal with all company post both internal and external.
- Management of suppliers and purchase orders.
- Checking supplier invoices
- Maintaining the plant and training databases
- Checking supplier invoices
- Maintaining plant database and ensuring all equipment is in test
- Preparing site folders & Waste Notes
- Additional ad hoc project work as required.
About the Candidate:
You will be in constant communication both internally and externally, so strong communication skills, both spoken and written are key to this role. We are looking for a confident Administrator with excellent general offices administration skills. The focus of this position will be within the Environmental division. This position would suit someone who has a flexible approach to work is able to use their own initiative and who is a good team player.
