Clinic Assistant/ Front Desk

Do you have an interest in promoting health whilst delivering an exceptional client focused service? We are looking for an enthusiastic, presentable and dynamic person to join our front desk teams. We have full time positions available for an immediate start in East Molesey, New Malden, Surbiton, Marlow and Burnham. We are looking for ambitious people to train to be Head Clinical Assistants in addition with an interest in health.

The individual must be flexible to work in all branches in the Berkshire and Surrey/West London area to travel to all clinics for the initial training period. Full flexibility for shift patterns, and for holiday and sickness cover is also expected. It is a requirement to attend at least 3 compulsory conferences each year and attend all meetings, including those required to travel to other clinic locations for.

The candidate will be available Monday to Saturday from 07:00-20:30 on a shift pattern within these hours of an average of 35 hours per week, plus overtime is expected to cover holiday.

The perfect candidate will be positive, bubbly and will actively promote health. Accounts experience is desirable as there is an element of numbers/calculations and financial reporting. The candidate must have excellent written and spoken English in this client facing role. One year's client facing experience is essential.

We are a group of Chiropractic and Physiotherapy wellness Halsa Care Centres. All positions are permanent and full time. Being able to multitask in a busy environment is essential for the role.
