A new tech start up is seeking for a motivated person who is willing to improve and learn customer service skills in hospitality.

Our service helps restaurants, bars and hotels promoting their business through our website.

The candidate will be in contact with restaurants ensuring they are using the service properly and efficiently, very often meeting with manager or the owner to create a strong relationship with client.

This job will allow you improving:

- Communication skills
- Management and organizations skills
- Your Customer servise in B2B
- Gain confidence at talking with clients
- Your tech and start up knowledge

Desired profile

- Good english is imperative
- Good phone manners
- Great knowledge at using laptop, phone, email, google maps.

No previous experience is required, but most importantly we need someone who can talk on the phone confidently and makes as many as phone call per day.
