Our “Financial Advisory” core business leads us to work for private consortiums, leading infrastructure investment funds and public bodies in the realization of complex financial structuration (PPP/PFI, concession contracts, solar projects, wind farm projects, real estate projects).
Responsibilities:
Opened since 2014, the London office was until now mainly in charge of accounting and tax activities. Following recent success and growing activity, H3P is about to launch a London based Financial Advisory team that will work in close collaboration with our Paris based team. In this context, the main role of the candidate will be to take part in the financial advisory activities of the London office and to help expanding our activity locally.
The scope of this role will include:
- Creation of tailored financial models for complex projects
- Creation of tools for financial reporting and decision-making (operating models)
- Mathematical, accounting and fiscal audit of financial models
- Analysis of bankability and elaboration of financing strategies
- Preparation of tender documents and management of the tendering process
- Search for investors and lenders and support in negotiations
- Assistance with interest rate hedging
- Accounting and tax advisory services related to Project Finance
- Business development assistance
- Active participation in a young, international and dynamic team focused on making projects happen and adding real value to our clients;

The candidate will be working on UK Infrastructure, Energy and Utilities projects, but will be expected to regularly liaise with the Paris office and to work on other projects. The successful candidate will be a key member of the structuring team and will gain invaluable exposure to a high growth sector, technical know-how and state of the art project finance.
Profile:
- EU citizen, 28 years old or less (to qualify for the “VIE” program)
- Master’s students in their final year or recent graduates who studied Finance
- Minimum of 1 internship experience in Finance in a reputable firm
- Solid grasp of concepts in Corporate Finance; Corporate Law would be a plus
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills and modelling experience
- Efficient and experienced with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage several work-streams and ability to work independently
- Fluent English and French required
