H&M Group Customer Service Agent – Edinburgh

Full Time: Temporary 6 month contract, 39 hour contract

Salary: £8.74 per hour, paid fortnightly
Start dates: 16th November 2020
Location:
Edinburgh & Home Based. You must be available to work both remotely
as well as have the ability to commute and work from the Edinburgh
office when and if required.

Operational hours:

Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 9pm and at the
weekend between 9am – 6pm. As a result, we would require you to be fully
flexible and available to work any 5 out of 7 days per week.


We
are complying with advice from the government to ensure we can continue
working within safe social distancing guidelines. This means that
applicants must have these capabilities to work from home:


A
practical work environment including a comfortable and safe space to
work with minimal noise disruption and a table and chair to work from
An internet connection with speeds of at least 200kbps 
A mobile phone and good signal in the household
A computer which has Windows 10, Mac OS or a Linux operating system
