Graduate Marketing Executive / Assistant - Software House - Suffolk

A Graduate Marketing Executive / Marketing Assistant is needed to join a leading software house who specialise in providing real world software solutions to their customers. Expect to use a combination of online and other direct marketing techniques to generate and nurture sales leads.

Trading since 1991 our client works with leading utility firms such as E.ON, RWE npower and UK Power Networks building software that aids productivity (mobile working, work planning & scheduling etc.). Employing 35 people and based just north of Stowmarket this established company is seeking a dynamic Graduate Marketing Executive / Marketing Assistant.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will join as a Graduate Marketing Executive / Marketing Assistant assisting in the development and execution of different elements of the product focused marketing plan to build and nurture a pipeline of prospects. This is a varied role that could see you develop the product marketing strategy through content marketing via the website and targeted campaigns, search optimisation, social media activities (Twitter, LinkedIn etc.), distribution of marketing materials, bespoke prospect demos and presentations - all to convert prospects within the sales pipeline.

To qualify… We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive / Marketing Assistant who has recently graduated or had some experience in a marketing role and is based in or around Stowmarket. In more detail, you should have a CV that shows:

Exposure to online marketing (SEO, targeted advertising, content and social media);

Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, prospects and customers;

Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or similar);

Great organisation and planning skills;

Good knowledge of marketing techniques and use of a CRM system;

The ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines.
