Junior Account Executive - Communications Agency - London

A Junior Account Executive / Media Assistant is needed to join the world’s largest communications agency specialising exclusively in the technology sector. Expect to get involved with planning and buying across a variety of forms of digital media; display, sponsorship, response, lead generation / acquisition, content integration and publisher partnership.

With clients that include Cisco, Box, Salesforce and Citrix this communications agency are fanatical about the art and science of engaging people and thrive on delivering imaginative thinking, unexpected clarity and tangible impact in a complex communications landscape. Trading since 1996 and with offices in Sydney, San Francisco, Boston, London, Munich, Delhi, Beijing and Singapore they can offer a range of programs such as programmatic media, marketing automation, account-based marketing and content marketing consulting.

Working alongside the Account Director, you will join as a Junior Account Executive / Media Assistant getting involved in many different aspects of the services the business offers across media planning and buying fields. The position is digital heavy (but will involve some print, outdoor and broadcast) and would involve learning about all aspects of brand and performance based media programs whilst dealing with the day to day management of the client.

To qualify… We are looking for a Junior Account Executive / Media Assistant who has a passion for all things media and marketing and can also show on their CV:

• Proficiency in all MS Office applications - particularly Excel and PowerPoint;


• A flawless and fluent grasp of the English language (both written and clear);


• Presentable both in appearance and verbally;


• A naturally helpful, enthusiastic and approachable demeanour;


• A high level of numeracy;


• An eye for detail and a thorough approach;


• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;


• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask;


• An interest in technology.

A degree level education would be desirable. Knowledge of an additional language is a bonus.
