Role Mission

To provide customers with top quality service in order to establish a long-term relationship with them and communicate as Gucci "ambassador" the philosophy and the culture of the Brand

Key Accountabilities
· Provide customers with product information and fashion
trends
· Assist customers in meeting their needs
· Give advices and be a guidance for the customers on
products selection
· Guarantee cross-selling of products
· Ensure the achievement of the sales goals
· Ensure constant monitoring and implementation of CRM
systems
· Contribute to manage the visual display of the products
· Ensure maintenance of inventory accuracy, in line with
Corporate policies and procedures

Desired profile

Job Requirements:
· At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within fashion
retail companies
· Proven ability to drive results
· Commercial awareness
· Team-player mentality
· Strong communication skills
· Passion for fashion luxury
