Role Mission
The Gucci Group Watches and Jewelry Customer Service/Aftersales Representative based in Secaucus New Jersey, will provide support for the Aftersales Service department. He/she should have a friendly and positive attitude, excellent communication skills, active listening skills, be a team player, and be able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Accountabilities
·
Answering calls and emails from customers pertaining to watch and jewelry repairs, and status of part orders;
·
Assist customers with availability and pricing;
·
Entering customer's information into the watch repair system upon receipt;
·
Processing part orders such as links, straps, pins etc. at the request of consumers, authorized service centers, independent and department stores, via phone and fax;
·
Issuing credits for returned merchandise;
·
New account set up;
·
Interact with sales reps regarding account part orders, backorders & status of repairs;
·
Interact with the watch technicians regarding customer's repairs;
· Provide exceptional customer service support.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Key Requirements
· 1 – 2 years' experience;
·
Call center and customer service experience preferred;
·
Resourceful and creative problem solver;
·
Computer proficient (Microsoft Suite);
·
Excellent written and verbal skills;
·
Self-Starter;
·
Team Player;
·
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment;
·
Ability to work well with others and independently;
·
Able to multi-task.
