Facility Management Intern_ 6 months

Job description

As a facility management intern, you will have the opportunity to learn facility management in luxury retail industry from the ground up. Working along side the Facility Manager, you will get hands on experience as well as an awareness of the luxury retail business. This internship program will prepare the interns to run their own facilities portfolio as the next step in their career development.

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage and report on day to day maintenance requests of the stores

Liaise with service providers to coordinate and follow-up on scheduled maintenance activities

· Updating store and back-office drawings as per the planned changes in the design phase of facility projects

· Provide assistance in obtaining facility related permits

· Execute periodical physical check of the facilities

· Prepare project update presentations

· Maintain contractor files and manage invoices

Desired profile

Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Facility Management/ Architecture/ Engineering (under graduates are also welcome if they can commit to office hours)

· Excellent communication skills in English language

· Ability to multi task

· Strong planning and organizational skills

· Work knowledge of Auto CAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

UAE residency visa under family sponsorship is a mandatory requirement
