Your Responsibilities :
Job Purpose:
To ensure timely receipts, storage and issuance of materials in compliance with applicable QMS, EHS and regulatory
Policies through people management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the follow up of store activities against receipt, storage of materials as per plan.
• Support other functions by providing necessary help and good customer services to relevant department.
• Maintain good relationship with all stakeholders within organization for fulfillment of site goals.
• Contribute and participate with GPS team in achieving site GPS targets and implementing Vision Factory Future State Model.
• To ensure dispensing of raw materials.
• To maintain all checklists of related area with coordination of immediate supervisor.
• To control raw materials dispensing at its minimum.
• Simplify the processes to reduce waste and variation.
• To maintain safety/Security of materials in stores.
• Completion of process related documentation in time.
• To ensure compliance with GMP and QMS within department by applying GQPs, GQGs and GQMPs.
• Regulatory compliance.
• EHS standards Compliance.
• Ensure the origination or review of SOPs as and when required and provides in-house trainings of SOPs to concern staff.
• Take actions against observations of Audits (L1 to L4) and carry out CAPAs timely.
• Good presentation Skill
• Good communication / Writing Skill

Required Education: Pharm-D, B-Pharm
Required Experience: 2-3 years of relevant Pharma experience
