GSK currently has openings for Vaccine Inside Sales Representatives for the GSK Vaccine Inside Sales Call Center based at the Navy Yard location in Philadelphia, PA. Reporting to the Vaccine Inside Sales Manager, this role is responsible for engaging with customers (physicians, nurses and clinic managers) promoting and educating products through inbound and outbound phone call presentations. Continually gain rapport with customers by utilizing professional communication skills. Routinely service and follow through with customers on product purchases and practices. Support Vaccine Service Center by managing inbound call volume during times of increased demand and support Product Marketing projects.

Desired profile

Basic qualifications:
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 2 years business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills.

Preferred qualifications:
• Business to business sales experience, Inbound and Outbound call expertise, understanding of vaccines approval and administration process.
• Understanding of vaccine intervention, biology of viruses and Governments role in vaccine approval and administration.
• Demonstrated Market / Product Knowledge.
• Demonstrated Selling Skills
• Strong oral, written and analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to work in teams.
