This requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, techniques, and trends along with critical thinking. Our Cyber Security teams are continuously learning and developing their skills to protect against bad actors, allowing GSK to stay focused on what matters most – getting ahead of disease together.

GSK is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding our organization by monitoring emerging threats, analyzing intelligence data, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
 

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

·  Monitor security feeds and alerts for relevant threat intelligence
·  Identify and analyze indicators of compromise (IOCs)
·  Research and investigate emerging threats and vulnerabilities
·  Contribute to the development and maintenance of threat intelligence reports and briefs
·  Collaborate with other security professionals across GSK and external partners
·  Maintain assigned GSK Business Unit collaboration
·  Stay up-to-date on the evolving threat landscape and industry trends
·  Participate in optional activities like attending and/or presenting findings at security briefings and representing GSK at relevant events

Basic qualifications:

·  Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and principles
·  Familiarity with threat intelligence models and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
·  Knowledge of common cyber threats, TTPs, and the evolving threat landscape
·  Experience with open-source intelligence (OSINT) gathering techniques
·  Proficiency in data analysis methods and tools
·  Understanding of security incident response principles and procedures
·  Strong analytical and research skills

​ Preferred Qualifications:

·  Experience with Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs)
·  Participation in industry conferences and events
