Details:
Responsible for order fulfilment process including order entry, administration and shipping. Processes orders and oversees related activities of third-party vendors to ensure orders flow effectively through systems and processes in accordance with the organisation's customer service standards. Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximise customer satisfaction and minimise cost and working capital through effective use of KPIs. Prepares and maintains volume and demand planning analyses and supply and production schedules based on internal an external information to establish and effectively manage the supply chain. Support for IT aspects for transmitting demand to sites as well as capacity planning for constraints.
Job Family Group - Supply Chain & Logistics: Performs supply chain and logistics functions, which may include, but are not limited to inventory control, transportation, materials management, and distribution. Creates integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. Focuses resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis. Match incumbents responsible for procurement or purchasing to the Procurement job family.
Job Description-The CGT Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for implementing the supply strategy for a portfolio of CGT products by developing and implementing the supply operational aspects such as tracking, logistics, capacity planning, inventory management and financial aspects. The Supply Chain Manager would have expertise in at least one of the 2 categories: Logistics/Tracking or Capacity planning/ inventory management.
