Your Responsibilities :
We are a team of IT experts, who provide excellent services for GSK sites worldwide on a daily basis. As a part of a global healthcare company, we work in a multinational environment, support around 100 000 GSK employees and over 20 000 systems in the entire company. At present, at our office in Poznan, we employ about 700 highly-skilled professionals.
Main competencies covered by GSK IT are: Cyber Security, R&D (Labware, eTrack, Argus, Documentum), CRM applications, Mobile Applications, Manufacturing Engineering Systems, BI, Artwork and Packaging Systems, Laboratory Execution Systems (LIMS), Adobe AEM, Veeva, Salesforce, Digital Projects Delivery, AI, Knowledge Management, Hosting Infrastructure, Networks, Collaboration Tools and End-User Support
Software Developer, Salesforce.com will be responsible for development of features and delivery of Veeva (Consumer Relations Management system based on Salesforce) used by GSK Consumer Healthcare business.
This role is part of Team that apply Agile, DevOps and continuously explore modern work methodologies and new areas of engagement to deliver value to the company and Consumers.

As Software Developer, Salesforce.com you will be responsible for:
• Provide software development of supported product/service
• Support design technical solutions and architecture of supported product/service
• Work with business or customer representatives to identify product/service requirements
• Analysis of business requirements and mapping them to Salesforce capabilities
• Providing technical expertise on the Salesforce.com platforms
• Anticipate, understand, troubleshoot and fix problems using technical expertise and problem solving skills to restore product/service, identify root cause and remediate
• Apply Agile practices to improve processes
• Lead automation of development environment through DevOps concept
• Maintain expertise on evolving product/service capability and drive innovation within the team

Basic qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in software development in an international organization with implemented product methodologies
• IT education or certified from Salesforce.com platforms or related technologies
• Experience in one or more programming languages/environments. Especially Salesforce.com, APEX, JavaScript, CSS
• Good verbal and written English skills (at least on B2 level)
• Problem and risk management
• Technical leadership
• Ability to work across boundaries

Preferred qualifications:
• Familiarity with Agile practices
• Experienced in working in DevOps methodologies
• ITIL Foundation certificate
