As a Veeva CRM Service Manager at GSK, you will be instrumental in driving service management excellence for our CRM solutions. You will oversee the current Veeva CRM Salesforce engine and play a pivotal role in the service introduction of the new Veeva Vault CRM platform. Your expertise will ensure that IT Management Service (ITMS) fundamentals are embedded within the team, and you will be responsible for maintaining ITMS documentation, revising existing information, and ensuring the accuracy of the ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Items.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

Maintain and revise ITMS documents, ensuring alignment with service management best practices.

Oversee the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring all assets are accurately recorded and maintained.

·  Track and measure SLA performance, driving improvements in incident, request, and problem management processes.
·  Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters and Tech Engineering Managers to instill a deep understanding of ITMS principles and promote excellent service management.
·  Manage release items, including Disaster Recovery process and annual rehearsal testing.
·  Maintain vendor releases and oversee the Change Management process.
·  Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, including validated testing and documentation.
·  Revise the System Access Plan and own the execution and maintenance of Smart Controls.
·  Manage risks, findings, and remediation plans in Archer.
·  Engage in license management and be accountable for the Master Service Design Package.
·  Define role-specific Training matrices and ensure the Access Review process is conducted.
·  Ensure a Testing Strategy is in place and oversee Data Retention/Archiving policies.

Proven experience in service management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Familiarity with Veeva CRM solutions and the transition to Veeva Vault CRM platform.

Strong understanding of ITMS principles and ServiceNow CMDB management.

Experience with GxP compliance and validated systems within a regulated environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
