Serialization Subject Matter Expert, Moscow (Consumer Healthcare)

Your Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:

Elaboration of basic processes with a global team and business representatives and business processes description:
- Communication with trading partners (customs broker and warehouse), participation in process descriptions
- Elaboration of processes in the system of monitoring the movement of medicinal preparations (MDLP)
- Drawing up instructions for business and global colleagues

Participation in testing processes
- Building work support processes and integration solutions

MDLP and ATTP support after go live (raising the tickets to both help desks, managing the claims from the customers, verifying the data between the systems, etc)

Continuous improvement of reporting system (new products, new massages)

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• High education (logistics/IT specialization)
• English language
• Understanding basic logistics processes
• Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical business
• Understanding of ERP systems and accounting system

Preferred qualifications:
• technical knowledge of working with XML files is a plus
