As a Senior Web Developer you will be a key role in the Web Development team based in Poznań. Our team is responsible for providing global digital marketing solutions for both Patients and Health Care Professionals for 60+ markets.

Responsibilities:

· 
Work in a product-oriented team, delivering sprint goals on daily basis

· 
Understand business needs and create solution that solve real problems

· 
Debug complex production issues

· 
Collaborate with Principal Engineers, Architects and Business Stakeholders

· 
Being a mentor for less experienced people in the team

Basic Qualifications:

· 
Proven experience with developing global websites/applications

· 
Proven knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS and Browser APIs

· 
Deep understanding of at least one of modern framework, preferable React

· 
Experience working with CMS, ideally Adobe Experience Manager

· 
Ability to work with CI/CD

· 
Writing automated tests

· 
Experience working with CMS, ideally Adobe Experience Manager

· 
Understanding of Web Accessibility and SEO

· 
Ability to work in global team with 10+ people

· 
English B2/C1 – collaborating with people from other countries and cultures

Preferred Qualifications:

· 
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager

· 
Experience in working using Agile methodology

· 
Experience with microservices and serverless, preferably Azure

· 
Experience with design systems for Digital Marketing
