Are you looking for an opportunity to manage the Total Reward Share Plan benefit package for the GSK employee population?  If so, this is the role for you.

As Benefits Professional you will be responsible for supporting the Benefits Manager and providing full management and delivery of share plans.  You will also be responsible for managing root cause and risk treatment plans relating to Shares and Financial Education risks.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

·  Oversee the day to day operational relationship with benefit provider, being the first point of contact for provider queries and ensuring efficient resolution of those queries or escalation
·  Responsible for reviewing and resolving data and reporting issues with the providers
·  Lead and deliver annual projects including improvement initiatives
·  Partner with the Benefits/Pensions Specialist and other functions to ensure ongoing compliance with systems requirements
·  Maintain the regular share plan processes to ensure compliance with agreed service
·  Monitor benefit providers service level agreements (SLA’s) and assist with contract reviews
·  Responsible for maintaining the technical accuracy of all benefit owned documentation ensuring procedures are accurately documented and updated to reflect changes to policies
·  Make recommendations to policy changes
·  Responsible for resolution of issues and queries in a timely manner within SLAs from employees/HR/business on benefits under remit
·  Manage daily cases from the HR Service Center through the Case Management tool
·  Understand, interpret, and educate employees and HR on Total Reward benefits and principles
·  Create Total Reward presentations for internal training sessions and ensure training is provided on an annual basis and ad hoc throughout the year
·  Ensure that the Total Reward website is accurately maintained with shares, financial education and IFA information and that any required changes are made efficiently
·  Conduct problem solving exercises and after-action reviews where service delivery issues occur to ensure that the root cause of the issue is identified, and appropriate mitigations are put in place going forward
·  Ensure that the annual Total Reward statements accurately reflect shares and SIPP information
·  Ensure compliance with SPII data privacy requirements and compliance against audit findings
·  Responsible for co-ordination and completion of Data Privacy questionnaires and remedial work in conjunction for Shares and Financial Education providers

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

·  Bachelor’s degree
·  Experience working within a technical benefits environment and providing guidance to the providers to ensure accurate administration of the GSK benefit plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

·  Completed or working towards a recognized share or pension administration qualification
·  Completed or working towards a recognized benefit qualification, such as APMI/QPA/Financial Planning certificate or another recognized benefits qualification
·  Ability to manage all employee share plans or related employee benefits
·  Ability to actively maintain technical knowledge on an ongoing basis
·  Ability to partner and build relationships with vendors and internal GSK departments
·  Working knowledge of Total Reward principles, regulations and policies and the ability to integrate with broader HR policies and objectives
·  Good written and oral communications
·  Experience in vendor management including the selection process and the ability to monitor, challenge, and question service provision
·  Ability to deliver complex benefit related projects end to end
·  Ability to interpret data and analyze complex benefit information and draw recommendations
·  Influencing and negotiating skills
