Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Partner – Global HR
The Finance Partner supports Senior VPs of HR, and at times the GLT member, requiring strong strategic thinking, assertive and adequate communication (written, presentation and in meetings), influencing others and ability to deal with ambiguity. Needs to support the HR area on key projects and on BAU activities (including control, actual reporting and planning).
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following capabilities :

· Translating strategy into action - a compelling narrative, motivating others, setting objectives and delegation.
· Building strong relationships and collaboration, managing trusted stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
· Budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen, including Risk and Opps analysis.
· Deep understanding of GSK GSF , C&C and related vendors.
· Strong understanding of reporting tools and reporting processes.
· Good knowledge of Power BI and strong interest in Digital tools for Continuous Improvement of the Finance area and of other Global Functions.
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
· Bachelor’s degree and/or professional finance qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or local equivalent)
· Experience communicating with Senior Stakeholder Management
· Continuous improvement experience such as performance management, problem solving, strategy deployment, process mapping, and value stream mapping.
· Change management experience (development of team readiness/ability to manage change)
· Project Management experience (execution of projects to support FS transformation)
· Fluent knowledge of English
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
· Master’s degree or MBA
· ACCA/CIMA qualifications
· Capable of thinking beyond immediate area of responsibility
· Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously and put plans in place to balance /prioritize conflicting demands
