As Sales Training Manager professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing activities that achieve annual sales, profit, and market share objectives.  You will also manage the supply chain, provide relevant communications, and complete the dashboard forecast for products.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

Job Purpose:

· 
To partner with the business to create an aligned learning strategy and plan to build a best in class Sales Organization and develop and deliver inspiring and impactful learning solutions and experiences that embed the required changes into every day ways of working and drive accelerated business performance through good sell outcomes

· 
To ensure that the selling excellence standards are implemented effectively in LoC

· 
To ensure that Sales Leaders are knowledgeable and equipped to coach their teams in the execution of the Sales Force Compensation Model

· 
To build and sustain selling and FLSL capability and to focus effort and execute identified learning solutions

· 
To evolve Selling Excellence to fully incorporate the new ways of working including good selling outcome, PFSS, and omnichannel planning and execution

Key Responsibilities

· 
Strengthen the quality and utilization of selling resources coming from EM Seli

· 
Help to align marketing materials- ensure campaign materials, call flows and knowledge questions are updated to high standard and aligned w/PFSS

· 
Partner with Customer Managers& SLSLs to run deep-dive exercises to help diagnose/root-cause problems & help enable an action plan to enable performance/sales execution

· 
Collaborate with brand team and Commex teams to pull through the voice of sales

· 
Align and collaborate with global selling excellence teams
