As brand executive you will be responsible for brand plan and customer campaigns, responsible for developing the strategies and designing the commercial actions, launch and performance; working together with multidisciplinary teams, to ensure excellence in execution, deliver a great customer experience and brand success.

Sales Aspect:

·  Representing GSK in identifying right targeted patients with appropriate products for the patient’s benefits through engagement with HCPs align with our value and expectation.
·  To explore opportunities in targeted HCPs to expand reach and access to introduce GSK’s range of products for the appropriate patients.
·  Establish S&T (segmentation & targeting) and to incorporate into the business plan to explore reach to align GSK’s range of products with the right patients though the right customers.
·  Acquiring Good Selling Outcome (GSO) to deliver on sales expectation.
·  Driving strategic approach align with Brand Strategy via Territory Business Planning with clear Plan of Action (POA).
·  To plan and execute Rep-led activities, i.e. Webinars, Group Doctors Meetings.
·  Be proficient at scientific knowledge selling of GSK products.
·  Achieve set sales targets and SFI KPI on quarterly basis.

Brand Aspect:

·  Develop Marketing Strategies and Brand Tactic plans, based on customer needs.
·  High level of interaction with Key Opinion Leaders and external to make sure the delivery of exceptional experience and messages.
·  Develop and nurture effective working relationship with counterparts to ensure local alignment to Global strategies and plans.
·  Provide ongoing analysis and conclusions of sales forces that have potential to impact business and take action to create opportunities and mitigate threats.
·  Lead business meetings with internal partners and roll-out of tactical initiatives
·  Effective communication within the team.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

·  Minimum 3 years Sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry with a minimum 1 year experience in Product Management, Customer Management or Digital Marketing
·  A levels, Tertiary Education - BSc, BA, Diploma etc
·  Knowledge of pharma marketing in Specialties therapeutics lines
·  Experience in Omnichannel Marketing and Digital Marketing campaigns

·  Manage customer demands and inquiries
·  Conduct GDM & Brand events
