We are currently recruiting for a Repack Planner to join our Consumer Healthcare Supply Chain team. This role is to be based at our global HQ in Brentford, UK. The Repack Planner role is a great opportunity for an individual with some exposure to working within a Supply Chain function (i.e. a placement or internship) to develop and grow within a dynamic and evolving team which has been recently formed. There is plenty of potential for process improvement and testing new ideas within this team making it ideal for a candidate developing their career to show what they can do.
This role is to be offered as a 12 Month fixed term contract. This will involve the successful applicant being a GSK employee for a period of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage supply plans for all repack and customised product.
• Optimise stock level to meet inventory targets whilst ensuring service level for customers.
• Takes overall responsibility for repacker management including meeting quality and regulatory standards
• Ensures that all repackers adhere to GSK standards.
• Align repacking activity to business priorities.
• Develop relationship with supply hub to ensure best practices are shared and supply planning activities are standardised for in market supply planning.
• Internal measurement and reporting of supply KPI's to improve customer service. (CTP and service level)
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy for repack SKUs
• Complete Monthly Stock Reconciliation
• Manage rework activities on an ad hoc basis as required.
• Provide visibility to In-Market Supply team of any possible supply issues and recovery dates.
• Maintain the material master data set-up (ASB & MyPSR information) for repacked items. Manage communication flow on Master data
• Price Management with Subcontractor /CTS/ PTC
• Price Maintance in GMM
• Work together with 3PL eg. (Maintain weekly status calls on production & setting priorities, Manage inventory of pack materials)

Desired profile
Basic qualifications:
• Degree qualified within a technical or scientific discipline.
• Experience of having worked within a Supply Chain function within a corporate environment.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with Supply Chain planning or demand planning.
