WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE?
To support delivery of Financial Trade Route data for the CSO Programme project cutovers. The role will bring the appropriate level of analysis to ensure project deliverables are met and enable changes to be smoothly implemented into the SCA TRT. In addition to this the role will include data management and data governance across all data platforms JDE / SAP, ensure that new processes are in place and documented.

WHAT WILL YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

The PTC Data Business Analyst will work as part of the cross functional team of technical experts from each areas of the CSO Organisation and other relevant stakeholders to deliver projects with minimum impact on the business operation.
• Ensure that all financial Trade Routes are in line with Global Tax guidelines.
• Work with ERP to execute activities to complete the migration of data into SAP for the PTC
• Maintaining relationships with groups within the PTC and ERP to drive the data migration exercise
• Set Up and amend trade route data in the TPO systems ensuring minimal impact on the business
• Coordinate changes to other supply chain related systems, MGX, Site, SB14 etc
• Support ERP/PTC related testing activities
• Deliver appropriate training to internal groups to ensure appropriate processes in place
• Managing and communicating relevant updates and information to impacted stakeholders
• This role ensures that E2E supply chain data is set up correctly, enables patient to receive goods in timely manner - without shipment delays due to missing or incomplete data .
• Coordinate and deliver PTC data for TRM bearing in mind continuously changing deadlines. .
• Communicate and manage challenging stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate professionally and confidently up and across multiple business levels

Desired profile

Basic qualifications:
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of the GSK supply chain operating platforms for demand transmissions and invoicing (e.g. MGX, Babel and JDE)
• Good understanding of GSK Trade Route principals including VAT treatment
• Proven ability to successfully analyse and implement large volumes of data
• Able to understand, influence the design of, and implement complex processes
• Motivated self-starter with proven ability to work under pressure against tight and changing dead-lines
• Ability to communicate professionally and confidently up and across multiple business levels
• To be able to successfully plan working activities and understand risks and issues associated with it
• Educated to degree level or equivalent an advantage
• A second European language is a bonus but not essential

Preferred qualifications:
1. Expert technical and business knowledge in the Cx or Rx business in the area of supply chain planning and its operating platforms
2. Strong reporting skills across JDE Platforms, TRAM, ECC,SNP, SAP
3. Expert technical and business knowledge in Trading Partner Operations processes and systems
4. Strong interpersonal skills capable of building relationships across different stakeholder and functional groups in the organization
