Job Purpose:

The Production Maintenance Engineer will maintain company assets (production equipment) at his assigned area in an acceptable manner through following the implementation of site preventive and corrective maintenance plans. In addition, ensuring spare parts availability through stock monitoring and purchasing cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Supervise maintenance program implementation.
·  Review job orders to determine work priorities.
·  Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production and supply.
·  Review and responding to breakdowns and diagnosing faults & Defining the RCA
·  Review and ensure implementation of policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the factory
·  Reviews production, quality, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance programs
·  Follow GSK quality standards in all aspects and considering all EHS standards in the machines as EHS guide line.
·  Responsible for spare parts management system and perform required assessments, categorization and ordering for different facility equipment spare parts.
·  Demonstrating a commitment to establishing and meeting EHS targets and objectives.
·  Reporting and of repetitive equipment failures

·  3-5 years’ previous experience in a similar ro
