Details:
The role is responsible for the successful delivery and governance of mobile Microsoft Office 365 applications. Product Owner champions GSK's needs with 3rd parties to drive best possible products and services at sustainable, agreed unit cost and exploits value from existing contracts by driving wider adoption of mobile solutions.
This is a collaborative role, functioning as part of a multi-disciplined team, focusing on providing the lead for service delivery and continuous improvement in the PC & Mobile service line. The service is of a global nature, providing service solutions to multiple business units, totaling over 100,000 users. This may include liaising with business units or 3rd Parties to gather requirements and assess needs for appropriate business solutions to be developed.

Accountability:

• Responsible for set of Microsoft mobile applications, infrastructure and mobile operating systems used on over 35 000 iPads in over 120 markets world-wide
• Ensure GSK's enterprise mobile management service is efficient and cost effective, including investigation of alternatives and supporting programs to migrate mobile devices to more productive and lower cost platforms
• Work with GSK IT partners, Microsoft, VMWare AirWatch, Apple and other mobile suppliers to improve user experience on mobile devices
• Working with suppliers to ensure stability and functionality of environment and applications
• Lead product escalations to successful resolution, and ensure appropriate action based on VoC, VoP and SLA metrics, and provide input into service strategy
• Own relevant service contracts for GSK and provide governance and financial oversight into all stages of the contract cycle.
• Primary point of contact for customer and vendor and for other parts of CBS at all levels in regards to managed products.

Desired profile

Basic qualifications:
• Bachelors degree and/or extensive experience managing a global IT service
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and communicate service issues in their terms
• Experience of managing with 3rd Party vendors
• Demonstrated ability for sound judgment with strong emphasis on quality, cost and service improvement
• Demonstrated experience with IT management and improvement methodologies such as ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean Management and/or ADP and awareness of Project Management practices (PMI, Prince2, Scrum)
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills establishing strong working relationships and practices with clear accountability for delivery
• Understanding of enterprise mobility solutions and infrastructure

Preferred qualifications:
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office mobile apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive and others) and Microsoft Intune
• Practical experience with Enterprise Mobility Management and mobile applications
• Practical experience with Apple iOS, Google Android and Microsoft Windows 10
• ITIL Expert certificate desired
• ADP Practitioner, ADP Expert certification or equivalent knowledge desired
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems (A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams and/or Kepner-Tregoe preferred)
