Job description



Your Responsibilities :
• First point of contact for all HR matters from Pharmaceutical / Vaccines/ Global Supporting Functions
• Coaching and development of business leaders and line managers around Management capability and HR policies, processes and ways of working, people management, performance management.
• Facilitate problem solving by providing consulting services and leveraging shared service to deliver solutions.
• Provide efficient and effective operational HR services to Pharmaceutical business and business units in Korea via workday.
• Drive standardisation across country in order to optimise and simplify HR service delivery.
• Key delivery channel for initiatives developed by the HRBLs either directly or in partnership.
• Understand the HR Risk environment, identify and mitigate potential HR risks.
• Diagnose and/or deliver change projects in line with the HR agenda defined by the HRBL and the business.
• Define, develop and implement HR policies and processes as required, in partnership with other members in the HR team.

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
- At least 10 years and above of Human Resources experience preferably in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Highly restricted industry
- At least Bachelor degrees in relevant studies (HR, Business Administrative, Law, etc)
- High understanding of Korea labour law is preferred
- Change agility and Influencing others
- Persuasive communicator with strong ability to work collaboratively and lead in a multi-functional environment
- Strategic partnership aligning to business

Preferred qualifications:
- Preferable to have Reward (Compensation & Benefit) experience and Coaching skills
