WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE?
• Help and support the O2C Process Owner in completing and delivering efficiently all O2C specific activities and milestones, in alignment with the various Principle Trading Company project plans and deliverables, to ensure readiness of the business and successful go lives.
• Contribute to the design of O2C systems and business process solutions; assist in the identification of any risks and issues; mitigate associated risks and escalate to the Process Owner and relevant stakeholders when applicable
• Being involved in any future ERP related initiative impacting to the new Operating Models.

WHAT WILL YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
• This role requires designing and deploying CSO Order to Cash processes in alignment with the M-ERP and CERPS template.
• The role requires designing solutions impacting day to day ways of working in multiple countries and cultures; a high level of awareness is required to manage efficiently any sensitive topic.
• Support the Order to Cash Process Owner by identifying value add opportunities, managing market requests, documenting solutions through engagement with key stakeholders within business units and achievement of agreement

WHAT WILL YOU HAVE TO DELIVER?
• The role is accountable for defining the PTC O2C business requirements and goals as part of the various projects impacting CBS Finance
• The role must influence all business partners to achieve standardization of the solution for O2C while also use compromise when the benefit is greater from a global template approach.
• The role will use past and current experience within CBS Finance together with flexible and strategic thinking to design and deploy the best practice solutions to the business users.
• The role will support any change management activity of the project. This includes performing activities such as impact assessments, change action plans, process documentation as well as supporting and / or performing testing activities and training to impacted stakeholders (Sites, SCA etc).
• The role will capture end to end business requirements, analyse and feedback clear and specific PTC system and business process requirements to the relevant functional teams, process owners and project stakeholders in alignment with the standardization strategy.

Desired profile

Basic qualifications:
• Degree
• Broad knowledge across the end to end O2C Global Process and Sub-Process:
• An understanding of the linkages between the O2C processes and the other components of the ERP solutions / the other end to end supply chain business entities.
• Ability to communicate and work with technical resources to ensure delivery of desired process outcomes
• Operational experience in the Cx or Rx area
• Expert knowledge in the Cx or Rx business in the area of customer services functions
• Expert knowledge in the Trading Partner Operations/Supply Chain Accounting area (system and business processes)
• Expert knowledge of GSK Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of ADP Tools and experience of application
• Strong working knowledge of export documentation
• Proven ability to analyse, design, document and deliver standard business processes
• Ability to think strategically at an operating model level, as well as at a detailed process specific level
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across different stakeholder and functional groups in the organisation
• Ability to influence others and broker mutually acceptable solutions
