Job description

Your Responsibilities :
We are currently recruiting for an Operational Quality Officer to join our Global Manufacturing & Supply plant based in Ulu Klang. This role will mainly be accountable for implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance procedures and systems to ensure compliance to ISO 13485, PIC/s and corporate policies.

The Role
• To act as Quality liaison person with Site Manufacturing and Logistics advising on all aspects of GMP compliance and facilitating finished product release
• To conduct In-process Checks at the production floor as per SOP requirements
• To assist Operational Quality Manager to manage Operational Quality / Quality assurance processes to ensure all relevant activities of the In-Process Activities are conducted in compliance to Operational GMP compliance
• To assist Operational Quality Manager and OQ Executive in handling non-conformance in Manufacturing, Laboratory, facilities, utilities, warehouse and product distributions with regards to Product Complaint, deviation and audits.
• To assist in Batch Release in review of Retain Samples Completion of supporting batch review on time, to support the release of high quality product
• To involve in Live Line Clearance.
• Participate in on-line problems solving and conduct investigations as required.
• Assist in Coordination of customer complaints as requested by the Operational Quality Manager.
• Involvement in identifying and management of risk at respective area
• Level 1 Assessor for areas of concern
• SOP management and documentation for site including generation, revision, obsolete, archiving for the site.
• PPR Product Reviewer for the site.
• Work on shift pattern including weekend and PH (if necessary)
• Other duties as assigned by the Operational Quality Manager on need basis.

Requirements
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Science / Engineering / Pharmacy / Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 -2 years of Product / Quality Assurance Exposure and / or Fresh graduate (Degree Holder) in a similar environment will be an added advantage.
• Ability to understand technical processes
• Familiar with GMP and QA requirements
• Technical knowledge and competency in manufacturing and packaging processes (preferred)
• Thorough knowledge of GMP and GLP (preferred)
• Familiarize with auditing (preferred)
• Conversant at Quality Document Control System (preferred)
• Skilled at report writing
• Able to deliver training to small and / or large groups
• Able to influence others (persuasiveness and assertiveness)
