Job description
Details:
• Deliver high quality clinical nursing services. This includes nursing assessment of occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses and emergency medical response.
• Case manage employees with work-related injuries & illnesses, work restrictions or accommodations, or ongoing personal health issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies and with GSK Policies and Work Instructions.
• Deliver preventive health services in collaboration with GSK benefits and Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) partners. This includes personal health education, health promotion, health fairs, health screenings and safety training on selected occupational safety topics.
• Support employees travelling on business through delivery of business travel consultation.
• Identify, assess and escalate key health risks to management. Develop action plans to address high priority risks
• Support site inspection and audit and conduct internal audits to identify and implement performance improvements / development.
• Miscellaneous projects as needed to support the mission of EHS&S.

Desired profile
Basic qualifications:
Registered Nursing license in state of practice is required.
Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience required. desirable
Minimum one year in primary nursing or emergency care.
Ability to travel to Upper Merion and Upper Providence campuses is required.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred.
1 year of Occupational health nursing experience preferred
COHN or COHN-S certification preferred.
High degree of thoroughness, accuracy and judgment required.
Case Management certification preferred.
