As a Distribution Planning Manager, you will be responsible for Supporting the outbound movement process of Vaccines orders from the North America Regional Distribution Center (NARDC) to the US and Canada.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

· 
Perform outbound movement process of vaccines from warehouse (NARDC) to the country of destination including but not limited to Cold Chain Documentation tracking, LSP Booking, Dispatch Coordination, Invoicing / Special Documentation (Re-Export Certification / Certificate of Origin)

· 
Customer support (Receive claims & complaints, communication with clients)

· 
Support maintenance of relevant local process documentation (LSP Oversight, SOP revision, support on DRAs (Distribution Risk Assessment), Support on SLAs, Continuous Improvement Initiatives).

· 
Additionally, this role specifically focuses on the transportation and coordination of shipments between the Marietta manufacturing site and Manchester, PA (NARDC) facilities, as well outbound shipments to Knoxville.

· 
Order and delivery processing in the ERP system, including outbound delivery and shipment creation.  

· 
Perform billing and invoicing process.

· 
Follow up order preparation (pick and pack process) and oversight with the LSP to ensure correct and on time goods issue.

· 
Prepare shipment schedule and dispatch coordination, coordinating between the LSPs ensuring agreed shipment dates are met.

· 
Coordinate Booking with Transport LSPs.

· 
Gather all shipment documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Transport Documentation, AWB, BL, Certificates, etc.) and share documents with customer upon shipment of products.

· 
Follow up dispatches until arrival to destination.

· 
Issue reports regarding order processing, status or dispatched orders as required.

· 
Establish and maintain a communication channel with the Global Vaccine teams (Global Customer Service, Vaccines Distribution Planning, etc.)

· 
Perform Master Distribution Schedule meetings.

· 
Support the issuance of credit and debit notes.

· 
Support the complaints management process and assist in the investigations assigned to the NARDC.

· 
Support the return process for Vaccines from transit or destination country back to NARDC or from the NARDC to the Global Distribution Center.

· 
Monitor LSP performance and monthly review of agreed KPIs and escalate any performance issue to CS Manager.

· 
Work closely with NARDC personnel and LSP to ensure continuous supply of vaccines in compliance with regulatory and GSK QMS vaccines quality requirements.

· 
Support the draft and future revisions of the NARDC SOPs and local documentation ensuring compliance with GSK vaccine processes and requirements.

· 
Support in change controls, deviations, and CAPAs related to NARDC operations.

· 
Collaborate and align on best practices with other GSK distribution centers.

· 
Backup activities as Customer Service Analyst.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

·  Bachelor’s degree
·  3+ years of experience in distribution operations and supply chain management 
·  1+ years SAP software experience
·  2+ years of experience in logistics related roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Ability to quickly diagnose, track and analyze system issues.
·  Experience with performance monitoring in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment.
