Reporting to the Vaccines & BU Director and managing a team, YOU will lead the Vaccines Marketing strategy for GSK Brazil, aligned with GSK values and expectations.

Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

· 
Lead the marketing team for GSK Brazil Vaccines portfolio.

· 
Lead and develop the Vaccines business strategy for GSK Brazil, including portfolio optimization, new launches, short- and long-term views and route to market strategy. 

· 
Secure appropriate business plan execution, risk management approach and process improvement in line with GSK values and expectations, policies and local legislation.

· 
Monitor product performance, identify opportunities for growth, and propose strategies for product lifecycle management.

· 
Liaise with global teams to provide proper business performance visibility and risk oversight.

· 
Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

· 
To use market insights to guide product positioning and messaging for the portfolio.

· 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (local, regional and global), medical, sales, governance, compliance and regulatory affairs and other support functions to ensure alignment with business goals.

· 
Ensure external engagement is performed under Our Code of Practice for Promotion of Prescription Medicines and for Scientific Engagement.

· 
Assure full implementation of GSK Brazil policies, fostering brand team approach and mindset.

· 
Act as a role model in leadership, integrity, ethics, principles and values.

· 
Build and maintain high level of trust with customers, through ethical and transparent interactions, fully aligned with GSK values and expectations and local legislation.

· 
Tackle improvement areas for team engagement - based on GSK Survey and One80 - and appropriate incentive schemes.

· 
 Promote a positive and inclusive company culture that values diversity, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in line with GSK’s Culture Pillars. 

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

· 
Experience as Marketing Manager within Pharma companies.

· 
Experience working with Vaccines  and/or access based portfolio.

· 
Strong strategic analytical thinking & long-term vision

· 
Solid leadership and people development skills

· 
Proficiency in English
