Desired profile

Basic qualifications:

1. Actively prepares and executes patient focused discussions with HCPs
2. Plans and executes Business Planning activities for his/her assigned territory
3. Implements marketing-driven initiatives targeted to HCPs
4. Constantly learns and updates himself with knowledge on GSK products, disease and external market factors to be more effective in patient-focused discussions with HCPs
5. Maintains professionally balanced relationships and upholds GSK values in all interactions with HCPs and other external stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:

• Graduate of Management, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare courses or its equivalent
• ability to have process oriented thinking
• High sense of accountability
• High scientific acumen
• Planning and organization skills
• Analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino
