Details:
- Deliver GSK strategies in the defined territory and offer the appropriate solution being a Trusted Advisor to HealthCare Professionals (HCPs).
- Deliver the qualitative Objectives as per GSK agreed standards such as KPIs.
- Skillful implementation of patient focused detailing through excellence in product and disease knowledge and the use of the approved promotional materials.
- Drive scientific discussion through conducting group doctor meetings.
- Timely completion of territory and call planning, as well as tracking the implementation.
- Market intelligence and timely feedback.
- Annual certification with full alignment to all related SOPs, policies and local regulations.
- Achieve GSK standards in disease and product knowledge as well as efficiency and effectiveness KPIs.
- Meet GSK standards during In-house application (Role Play Assessment).
- Care about GSK assets and optimize the company resources.
- Meet the defined skills standards measured by the In-field coaching.
- Ensure all activities are executed in line with related SOPs, policies and local regulations.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction in the defined territory

Desired profile

Basic qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Dentistry, Medicine or Veterinary Medicine.
- Experience in Multinational company is preferable.
- Effective understanding and use of Call Reporting System.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong command of the English language.
