The Material Handler performs a wide variety of tasks focused on receiving, warehousing, delivering, shipping & maintaining accurate inventories as required to support the Lincoln plant shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Operates material handling equipment including: forklift, pallet jacks, powered pallet jacks, vacuhoist, carton clamp, and slip-sheet attachment in a efficient manner to ensure material receipt, warehousing and delivery to point of use in order to meet internal/external customer expectations. This includes shipments of finished goods to the off-site Distribution Center and controlled substances to third party customers.
Utilizes POL BPCS system to order, deliver, check, issue, count-back & fill out/sign requirements page for packaging shop orders. Develop & maintain a load delivery schedule based on material delivery dates & packaging shop order requested dates. This includes manually figuring/issuing supplies for SPRs.
Check/verify, sign for inbound freight from suppliers, complete cleaning, sampling & labeling of materials. Assist in completion receipts as needed, including controlled substances.
Maintains material inventory quantity accuracy via physical counts & inventory management system transactions to maintain accurate inventory.
Maintains material location accuracy via RF scanner or BPCS manual data entry.
Check out, operate, troubleshoot, clean, and report issues pertaining to material handling equipment. Maintain training on DOPs, Policies, GMPs, OSHA guidelines and Safety Security & Environment guidelines.

Forklift Experience
Warehouse Management System Experience
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in a high speed packaging environment
Stand Up Forklift Experience
