We are currently seeking Manufacturing and Packaging Operators for potential upcoming roles for our Global Manufacturing & Supply Division. Preference will be given to candidates with experience dealing with SOPs in a GMP environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operation of production equipment in Primary and Secondary areas, according to GMPs, SOPs, and safety requirements
• To stage, weigh and process released materials according to GMPs, SOPs, and safety requirements
• Complete mechanical changeover of equipment
• Clean equipment, rooms and general areas for production use
• Working in other Manufacturing/Packaging areas as required
• Prepare and complete all documentation applicable to production ie: manufacturing instructions, statistical process control charts, and incident checklists
• Manufacturing development and commercial batches
• Perform related computer tasks - SAP, IMS,CDISY, and eBRS
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Trouble-shooting of equipment and process related issues
• Shift work is required

Desired profile

Basic qualifications:
Working knowledge of production equipment and understanding of manufacturing processes as it related to solid and or liquid dose manufacturing
• Working knowledge of packaging production equipment and understanding of packaging processes
• Knowledge and experience with IMS and SAP production transactions or similar operation systems
• Highly motivated , conscientious, self-managed team player, with experience working in a production team environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven Technical Competency
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Other computer skills such as Word and Excel are highly desirable.

Preferred qualifications:
Ability to use and understand automation solutions such as IP21, eBRS, CDISY, FreeWeigh,etc.
