Global Regulatory Platform and Delivery (GRPD) in GlaxoSmithKline is a regulatory affairs function which brings together the operation and execution aspects for key regulatory deliverables such as new chemical entity and product expansion dossiers, labeling outputs, license maintenance and lifecycle management dossiers and regulatory information management. GRPD provides regulatory support across the product lifecycle for pharmaceutical products (clinical development to market maturity).

In your role as Junior Regulatory Specialist you will:

• Get to know internal/external CMC regulatory environment,
• Support CMC regulatory dossier creation,
• Identify and communicate to the Team Lead any CMC issues with business impact,
• Interact with global regulatory groups, markets and manufacturing sites to ensure timely delivery of compliant dossiers.

Desired profile

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in chemistry, pharmacy or other related science or technical field,
• Fluent Polish and English (both verbal and written),
• Strong will to learn new things,
• Ability to organize your own work schedule and to keep deadlines,
• Accuracy, precision and attention to details,
• Well developed cooperation and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Work experience with documentation in an international environment would be an additional advantage.
