Part of a team that supports IT organisation to understand and interpret data related to the management and support of IT services. The Global Risk and Compliance IT Performance Team is responsible for consolidating data from all of IT management systems and to provide meaningful and consistent reporting to support the IT organisation.
In this role you will be part of the team that develops new dashboards and report as well as providing support on existing dashboards.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for existing dashboard and reporting tools
• Development of new dashboards and reports to support IT service management
• Translation of business requirements into meaningful solutions
• Support IT to interpret and understand data related to IT performance

Desired profile
Basic qualifications:
• Understanding of databases and how to query them (e.g. SQL)
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to understand and manipulate large quantities of data and provide meaningful analysis to customers
• Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box
