Desired profile

Basic qualifications:

We are now inviting dynamic and enthusiastic full time interns to join our recruitment team in Hong Kong.

You will have the opportunity to work with different functions across GSK and learn how each functions work together.

As an intern, you will assist in phone screening of candiates, scheduling of meetings, providing administrative support, maintaining weekly and monthly reposts and dashboards as well as the opportunity to meet hiring managers as they discuss the needs of their business.

This is a 6-month full time internship program opened to candidates with or without work experience. It will be a hands-on learning opportunity for those who are interested to be part of an end-to-end recruitment process.

At the end of the program, you should be equiped with experience in interview skills and recruitment processes, as well as building up your communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications:

Fluency in English.
Fluency in Cantonese a plus but not mandatory.

Knowledge and experience in Powerpoint and Excel is a plus.
