Job description

Your Responsibilities :
The purpose is to builds and reinforce trust and loyalty with HCPs and patients across the world. The IMR ensures that our promotional communication follows and acts upon our GSK values and potentially prevents regulatory challenges posed by authorities or competitors.
By verify the content quality* (accurate, up to date..) and regulatory requirements (data on label, safety reporting…) on all types of promotional materials (symposia materials, slide kits, ipad sales aid, videos, webinars, core claims documents (CPCDs)… and Disease Awareness for patients

Key responsibilities:

• Ensures key messages of promotional material/activities are compliant with GSK Code of Practice, relevant POLs and SOPs through Content Lab system
• Ensures the content is accurate, balanced, medically appropriate and scientifically substantiated through Content Lab system
• Participates and provides medical and compliance input in mandatory meetings previous or during the development of the promotional materials/activities
• Recommends mandatory changes according to GSK code of Practice through Content Lab system
• Ensures the material is reviewed on time through Content Lab system
• Performs a quality check of each material during the review in Content Lab system
• Ensures optimization of ways of working around Content Lab system in Global Vaccines by providing trainings, face to face meetings, etc.
• Drives the users Ensures Global Vaccines Content Lab users are appropriately trained and up to date on latest system's updates

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• University Degree or Medical Doctor or PhD (ideally: Vaccinology, Immunology or Infectious disease)
• Good interpretation of scientific data from peer-reviewed journals

Preferred qualifications:
• Strong communications skills, experience in stakeholder management, problem-solving mindset and customer orientated.
• Capable to cope with pressure and meet tight timelines (Congresses)

Patient-focused Research and Development (R&D) is the heart of our business.
